If y'all are struggling and he is a drain on your resources and offers nothing to the mutually supportive household? Is he ill or the responsibility of you or James'? Or is he the wife, husband, child of the third housemate? I'm not trying to be facetious, I'm trying to understand what his place is in your home and why he is allowed this behavior.
