Ow. . . That's gotta hurt. I'm sorry that it does, but I'm also really relieved to still have you with us. How mobile are you? We'll probably come through Austin after the meeting on Saturday, and we're trying to drum up a dinner party.
Whenever I have a bruise or a steady/constant pain I always push on it to make it hurt. The theory is that I'll get more accustomed to the pain and then it won't be so painful; also that it's my choice/action to make it hurt and I'd prefer that to the sharp pain of accidentally pressing it on a table edge or something.
ah darn it - i didin't see this till it was too late ..... i'm getting pretty moble . right now i still get tired if i try to do allthe timing i would normally do but it's slowly getting better
they are trying to help the muscle in ther get batter faster - it still very painful and it's seams to be makeing a small differnace in the legs kinda ..... some times it hurts to heal =)
