Honesty. Whean i share honestly, I am seen and heard by those i trust.
Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to be honest. Honest feedback is an investment of energy in a relationship. When we speak honestly, we hope that the other person will hear us and receive our feelings with an open mind. The way we deliver honest insight can make all the differeance

Oh, you of wounded spirits,
I offer you a place to rest;
Walk among my mountians,
And climb to Eagle's nest.
Come swim my oceans,
Or feel my desert's fire.
Sit beside running waters
To reclaim your heart's desire.
Seek my silent forests,
Or walk my open plains,
Travel the deepest jungles
'Til you hear my love's refrain
I am always waiting
To allow each child to heal,
To cradle wounded sprits,
And to teach them how to feel.
I am the Earth Mother,
Who loves with out regret,
Tending to all my childern,
Who through tears
have paid all debts.
