Work and Play

I spent Thursday and friday of this passed week working for G. pulling up carpet and laying pergo - it was kinda nice doing manual labor it had been awhile - i'll be working laying floors again tomorrow and tuesday. =)

Last night i went and helped priestess a ritual for UT's PSA (pagan student alliance) it was nice but in TW tradition it was a little to long for most people. Even the people who where watching seemed to tire and wander away.
It was kinda interesting to have an audience - usually ritual isn't a spectator sport - I found it hard to stay grounded - but that could just be because I had other things on my mind..


I got a call from Morocco Boy on the way to ritual and i think that kinda got my mind off else where .. i don't know why i can't get past his general disapproval of who and what i am oh well things i still need to work on

oh yeah been dating a D. for a little over 2 months now =) I had a dream about meeting his parents the other night and i'm not sure what that portends (perhaps nothing) but when i told him that he seemed equally amused and surprised as i was

he's a bastard. see? :) my thing is, he will always disapprove of anything that isn't christian, ... that's his job... but i also think he's a little insecure about it all... i talked to him for several hours last night. it was nice, but it made me realize a LOT about him and our relationship that i'm glad to finally see, but made me really sad.
anyway, you're wonderful how you are. you don't need his approval. :)

i said something to the effect of that it would be cool if he just decided that the christian missionary thing was wrong and decided to go back to austin and marry me. heh... i was only about half serious. :oP i'll be there for a day on thursday.... i'm coming back here on friday, but i'll find out when my friend wants to come back up here... maybe friday morning/afternoon? :) we're going to esthers on thursday night.

sounds like fun i think my boss would be happy yo get ridd of me for a few hours on friday -- we have been soooooo slow - as you can tell since i'm writing at work
