i did a "7" day candle this week - i think it bit it while i wasn't home in the past 24 hours but it helped alot - i feel more focused ... and have planns

I wan to get my size and maybe weight down - weight is a secondary goal i really would just like my old shape back and i want it back by August

so here's the plan

M W F :yoga - AM Afternoon and PM - open ot teaching any one of those times

T TH : yoga AM and PM - also open for teaching these
         Swimming laps or somthing will be involed here as well

Sat and Sun: walking or arobics of some sort -

i think that shoudl work ... right
