it was fun what can i say

This morning a customer walked throught the doors, red in the face. he walk up to a sales person, demaded that we return his TV stand(which we are always mostly happy to do) and stated that our installers didn't know what they where doing and had not finished the job. demanded that we refund his money for the entire install.

this escalated in to a screaming match in the store - which ended with his stand being refunded the proper way, to his creidit card, not to cash and then he sormed out shouting about how he would never buy here again.
