and like it or not that means that i need to get rid of a few pounds - goal is like 20  if we are just looking at #

So i've been doing alot of looking at habits and how i eat and why i can't seem to shead the pounds i want to lose

Age:25
Weight: 147
Body fat: 33%
BMI: 26
Hight:5'2"

So i'm going to try and keep a record of what i eat here - to look over my calorie in take b/c i think i'm  not getting enough of them actually 

Depending on what calculator you use i need about 1900-2100 calories per day to convince my body i'm not starving it

Typical day worth of food on a work day:
Morning:
 2-3 cups of tea 0
Lunch:
wendy's - chicken sandwich 320
wendy's - small fry 330
Afternoon:
20 oz soda 250
Dinner:
hard to say - 340-440 depends on what i fix

Gives us 1340..... i'm eating but  my body still thinks it's starving
