Thoughts for the day now b4 anyone gets all up in arms these are calls that I get several of a day. so these are not isolated incidences - they are reoccurring "issues" at my job

alright sir what I’m seeing here is that each item billed separately b/c they shipped out several days apart from each other ... you are seeing the charges for the 3 items and the shipping charge which when you add them together you get your order total ..... I’m sorry we have not over billed your account
what about my over draft fees ...
