I like Apple - i hate one of the trainers - other wise ever one seems nice and reasonably in intelligent and they don't mind that i can 't spell - i think i discovered why people thing call center here is "hard" - it's because they have never had to deal with a customer who just spent 10,000 on getting a home theater system installed in his house and his TV just stopped working the next day in person. In person you can't ask them to leave and deescalation as they call it here in next to impossible they can in to make a stink and nothing is gouging to change their mind about it at all. But on the phone their is no no public to feed their anger. Contrary wise when they are at home if they are acting like children then the only person who is going to look at them funny is their cat/dog/lover, who doesn't care how silly they sound.

I don't like "navigating" that's where some one else is talking and i am listening and using the computer for them - it's sucks because you don't know when they have the info they need to give to the customer and it becomes frustrating to both people e- also as we all know my spelling sucks it just does that's all there is to it - so i also have to try and be my own spell check - which sucks - i don't mind me looking less intelligent for not spelling something right - but i don't want to o that to another person - so there

this after noon we get to find how to use the Internet - ---- okay people really need a class in this ?
i think what volt must have done was find people who did okay on their scores and hope that they got good enough in the 3 weeks to hack it on the floor - now I'm not saying that i know everything or that i want to be out on the floor yet but i think that would enjoy it more if i was in my cube with a mentor over my shoulder. I have met alot of cool people shadowing - it's kinda like airplane conversation but they go on over several days

Not going to Vegas - kinda worried about Matt actually apparently last night was mom grip at their youngest boy child night so both Mikael and Matt had a long night

some one posted some this morning that made me thing - it was about being embarrassed to b e "smart" for to be talented in some way - i apparently was on their wave length yesterday i discovered that i an top of my class weee great but they didn't know who i was and when they tried to find one of the trainers pulled down the grades which i was so thankful for - i really don't like being singled out by someone else - i want the Attn I'll just grab it by the horns thank you very much . any way i should stop I'm off topic and i think I'm going to spell check this now
