I know i've had way more angest here than normal  i'm sorry i know there is a simple answer and i'm almost ready to teke it


b/c it's it's been 5 yeats since i hurt his bad

i've tried to hold everything together and i just can't i'm watchingthe peices fall way


this is the 1st tiem in 5 years i've had a knife to my arm and had to talk my self out of it  b/c  i thnk he'd really be upset if he saw it


So here i sit knife safly put away  body un maimed  - contemplating what i'm still doing here


i'm tired of hurting i need to getthe pain out some where that I can see it so i can stop hurting so damned much  and all the time
