21st b-day

phoenix_aroseokay so i haven't had a party for my birthday since i was like 10. I will be turning 21 at 1:13am on Jan 5th. in honor of this occation i want to throw a party(becuase i've been waiting 11 years for someone else to throw me one). So i am thinking about a theme for the party and i was thinking "blacklight-and-glowies" and all the birthday wishes could be written one people in black light reactive paint
