Real Castles in the sand

So i have always liked building sand castles - i know they will just fall apart and get washed away but for a few hours it it quite satifing to lookat and work on

Once i built the entire map from the LOTR - i had middle earth layed out on a beach my cousin s thought i was nutz but it was so relaxing

Any way the piont of all this is my mind has been building castles in the sand way close to the water line at low tide and is having fits as they are aperently washed away. my hopes and dreams are kinda feeling that way too right now

the things that i want most in my life are with in reach i simply must take them that's all there is to it - well some i have to wait on but basicall if i can hang about and not stress things are failing into place quite nicely -

So here's to my castles in the sand

Sand castles, by their very nature, are meant to be washed away in the tide. They are beatiful, but temporary. Part of what makes them so wondrous is their brief existence.

Long lasting castles need to be built on firmer foundations, with stronger materials. They should hold up to wind, rain & water.

Life works that way often. Sometimes you build a castle in the sand because you know that you'll only need it for an instant. You hold the memory and treasure it.
Sometimes life's changes brings down the castles that you thought would last forever. Again, you must cherish the memory, while you decide what you want to lose and what you want to rebuild.
Evaluate your life from time to time, and decide what you would rebuild and what you would abandon, because sometimes you will need to act on that.

yup - they sure do have their place - butr finally i think a year later i have a caslt foudation close enought to the water to enjoy it and far enought away that the it doesn't have to fall in to the water
