I have hit food cravings, it's not a healthy one, all i want are french fries with ketchup, no i don't like ranch dressing any more  or BBQ sauce( both of which i dearly love)

I'm sure i'll find away around this but i can't just eat fries 3 meals a day 7 days a week

Also

It may seem crazy to eat fries, but eat 'em. It's not like it is when you're trying to make your body healthy, your kiddo is telling you what he needs. And yer craving starch!

I did this, fries and frosties, baby. MmMMm. Then, pound bags of M&M's and three-slice-cheese sandwiches. Cravings are so funny! It'll settle down in a while. Right now, ride the wave!

I couldn't stand Burger King for a while, or chili dogs. My sister-in-law couldn't stand the smell of popcorn. Those things-of-ick pass.=)

As for sleeping, one way to make much more comfort in your life is get a pillow you can stick between your knees. That helps a TON with the sleeping discomfort. You can either take a body pillow and put your leg over it, or get one that sets between them you can mash around. ^.^

HeeHeeHee, you got six more months of this. I couldn't eat ranch or anything with sour cream. The fun part really starts when you get so big you pee youself every time you sneeze.

Hang in there.

Cravings usually indicate a need for something in the food itself.

I remember craving fish for a whole month and then I found out (because of an illness) I needed more iodine in my diet. The body knows what it needs. Just try and find the base; in this case it sounds like starch and something in some chemical in tomatoes thus the french fries and ketchup craving.A healthy alternative might be a baked potato and tomato slices. Just a suggestion.

Feel better soon.

Two things I never really got into before having my hips displace for a child.

Thongs, and pillows.

Now can handle both with efficiency!

wait it will get worst when i get bigger ..... that's no good, must start the pelvic floor exercises now.

I'm slowly figuring out what i can and can't eat, but the trial and error part is a bit amusing

it's complex carbs. I'm craving i do better with those than protein and other stuff and tomatoes have C and iron. and both have salt, salt makes sense too, just not sure that i need that much salt.

will have to find something better than fried foods
