i took today to my self - ihave spent the day alone at Matt's place i slept alot - that seems to have helped my head alot ... i'm kindaworried about my health.

2 days ago i let my blood sugar drop so low i got weak and sick, last night i got a migraine,and today my food made me sick. i have a family PHD appointment on the 11th and i thinkhave a OB/GYN pickednout i still need to call and make an appt. And no i am not pregnate but plan on getting that way sometime inthe next 5 years so would like to have a OB who i know and who knows me and my body that way we don't hae a repeat of my mom trying to have me
