FYI - it's friday

Apperntly there is Crack in the the boxes we ship (like in the new batman movie) as soon as thay open the box this dust covers them and they lose the little sence god gave them.

okay so it's hotter then the sun today - for the last few days i have been having "liquid lunch". Not slim fast cause that's gross, smooties - which really to me are more like icees b/c there is no milk or icecream in them - i feel fresh and clean and heathy !

i am leaveing for 24 hour vaction in cammping (yes in this heat) i will be hanging out in pool with friends or in the creek - life is VERY good 2 more hours to go !
