small rant abotu food

i have spent the last 4 hours trying to find recipes that are wheat free, not foods b/c that' s really too hard but just instuctions on how to make foods with out wheat.......

that sound like they might taste good

James is allergic to wheats ........

i have found some  thank you whole foods - there where some others on line as well.... but still this is a wheat culture and it's darn near impossible to fine wheat free any thing
