i have spent most of the afternoon feeling irritaed a every one ! most of the customers today have been of the verity that you shoud have been psyic and know what i don't and also know that i need to be told that with out asking.

A) if you are goign to spend 1000+ on new software for the comp and your not sure about what you need CALL! and ASK ! once it's open on your comp we will not take it back

B) if you are goign to be spend"all you have" / leaveing the country / have a special day(aniversery, b-day ect)/ or other timed event and you ordering over sea at the last min over night is NOT and option i'm sorry for you lack of planning
