i'm not hired ... and i am relitively okay with that ... there were people with better stats than i didi for the 2 months that they were looking at .... HOWEVER

why didn't i get hired
~ stats were not as high as other peoples
why was this .... i know why ....

i was doing 2 peoples jobs - i was busy running about and ACTUALLY training people who had"training" b/c the training sucked ass - so yes i spent alot of time off the phone helping people b/c the trainers didin't do their jobs- but can they look at that? Absolutly .....NOT

apperanly above and beyond and doeing the work of 3 people gets you no points - with apple.

so what do i do they say that there will be many more badgeing rounds b4 i get canned on june 8th .....

today will be a long day

That's just BS. Sounds like you were doing the job of a supervisor, or in the very least a team lead. They would be foolish not to hire you on those terms. You basically trained the people who took your job. Did you ever get the opportunity to bring this up in the interview?

yes it was mentioned and from what i understand ... they know how ever what they apprently have too look at is the raw #'s and that just dosn't F*ing show there which just pisses ther shit out of me. how ever i'm goign to hang out and keep being me and doingthe above and beyond stuff and if they don't hire me b/c i'm doing that - then i don't need to work here

Can you, perhaps, apply directly to Apple, and not through Volt? What is the system that forces them to only look at raw numbers?

the bitterness level is slowly coming down ...... =) um yes that's what i was doing, applying direct to apple.

How ever if i want to look for a job at applein an other department that might be more aplicable

they look at raw # so that it's "fair" to every one so the "best" people get hired ... and i'm not totally knocking the system i would say that about 90% of the time it works great .... i'm just stuck in the 10 % that's it's not working and that's kinda okay

i know atleast one mutual friend of our did become offical fruit and that's a super cool thing cause she rocks at her job *wink*
