that's what the quiz says ... well the scales says 140 too - a bit freaky really that it was that close. the firest time i saw 140 i thought "no surely there must be a small child on here with me but no - it was just me there. Gak! how can i possibly wieght that much i can't be quite that fat .. and the brain rambled on ....." no i'm not saying i'm FAT - what i'm saying is i'm kinda surprised i'm that thick - i mean i have muscle - i hhave fat too - but alot of it is muscle so i don't' know if i can loose any pounds or not but i'm goingto make an effort.
i needed to be working on my heart rate and stuff. i mean i don't think that my restin heart rate should be 50 bpm. that's were they start declareing you dead - but accourding to the gym mechines - i'm not in bad shape but it could be better
so here is the plan - there is a really wonderful yoga clas after work 2 days a week monday and thursday so that leaves All day tuesday and Friday - that i need to fins SOMETHING to at the silly ass gym - and then wednesday saturday and sunday i need something after work - walking/ running is the currect plan
there is also a really hard yoga class at 5:30am 4 days a week ... i need a few more week b4 that is really an option
So we have after woork moday-yoga wed-running/walking thus- yoga sat- ? sun-?
Tuesday -? Friday- ?
