I'm really sorry I didn't get back to you with an answer for your book design question. I'll confess that I don't know software very well, and I don't even have a decent program on my laptop (but--I'm hoping--that is just a matter of installing the copy of AppleWorks that I have on the old iMac).
Are you going to "market" this to friends/fellow addicts?
