One would think that if you were going to train a group of people to do a new job you would, say, actually finish the training b4 the class started - ... you would thingk that wouldn't you ?
I would too - but here we do traiing by the seat of our pants ........ ergo we look like idiots while trying to explain how our job works .... or might work .... or will work once someone knows sothing that they can tell someone

I thought so .......
so far my new postion has been providing feed back abotu what in the training is kinda um not the best and makeing copies of stuff ... this is cool it's more like the admin work i would lie to get into - which also prevents me from haveing mad crazy stage fright b/c i have to talk in front of a group *twitch*
