Date: 2007-06-17 12:26 pm (UTC)I'm dreaming right alongside you...
Date: 2007-06-17 01:12 pm (UTC)2. Nice. Much more affordable. I like that the master bedroom only shares a little bit of common wall with another bedroom. Bedroom 2 being an octagon is way cool.
3. Looks much more modern, very nice. What do you do in a hearth room? I love that the master is down (away from all other bedrooms) and that there's both a loft and future playroom area.
4. Still a nice house, even though the master bathroom isn't quite as bit (it still allows for a larger than standard tub, so that's good). I love octagonal rooms, so I like the partial octagon rec room and guest room and the partial 12-sided dining room.
5. The wraparound porch is nice, the kitchen looks like it is lacking a little bit in counter space, the master bathroom is teeny, but I absolutely want a spiral staircase up to a room off my bedroom (I would put all my books in it!)
6. Oh my goodness. This is a total dream house. The spiral staircase, the walkway around the circular sitting area upstairs, the ginormous master suite. I could totally live here.
7. This house looks really neat. I love the porch, the screened patio, the sun room, the deck, and especially the LIBRARY. Each bedroom has its own bath and I think that's unnecessary (a little overkill - imagine having to clean all those bathrooms).
8. This house actually contains maid's quarters. It looks like a maze but the "vip" suite looks nice and it's got a library too! It's also got an eleveator and a fountain built into the plans! Spiral staircase is a win, the master suite is HUUUUUGE (do they really need his and her toilet? Is that a bidet in the Hers one?) I love the big tub and the ginormous shower. Again I think a bathroom for every single bedroom is a bit overkill (but if you've got a maid, who cares, right?)
9. It looks nice, but imagine how all that space between the two garages is going to be paved. I think that's a little much concrete for me. I love the laundry room (it actually has enough space to fold all your clothes in too!), but again with the way more bathroom than is necessary (6 and 2 half baths for a self proclaimed 4 bedroom house? I see 5 bedrooms).
10. I like that it's all one level and that all the smaller bedrooms are clustered together and the master is off on its own. The entryway looks gorgeous and there's a library (looks like they've got a pool and hottub in back!). I'm still not going for the every room gets its own bathroom thing. I'm not sure I can fathom how large that master suite is. Would you ever go into the rest of the house?
11. Nice house with 2 nice little courtyards. I think it's hilarious that it's a 2 car and 1 golf cart garage. The master suite looks nice, there's not an overabundance of bathrooms and the kitchen looks great.
12. Looks like this one was intended to be lakeside or somesuch. Look at all that paving, I think it's just too much for me. I love the breezeways and the covered patios, but who really needs that much garage space? Maybe the one is garage space for the attached guest suite? I love the entry, it's a magnificent courtyard. I love the master suite (it's got its own laundry room!) I think there are too many bathrooms but the two guest suites are neat.
13. The alignment of the entryway kind of threw me off for a minute, but it looks nice. I love the accessibility to the outdoors and the use of open air space (via covered breezeways). The master suite is nice but I would have used some of that bathroom space to make the WICs larger.
14. What can I say? I love it. It looks very Italianate Mansion to me and I would love to live there.
15. Very nice. Very practical, everything is nicely sized. I could definitely live here.

Date: 2007-06-17 04:20 pm (UTC)Having lived in a Victorian Style house for over 20 years, I've lost some of my infatuation with them, but I still like them. My tastes run more to the Mediterranean Style these days (all of you choices look very good)
