With the new job, I talk to banks all day.
we sometime ask a bank to call their cardholder and when they have to leave a message we call back the next comple of days to check up on it and see if it's the cardholder has approved the charges. most days i call and and say than i'm calling to check to see if the card holder has called to confirm the charges ...... they can't seem to under stand that plain english
today they thought i was a card holder calling to dispute a charge (after i told them i was a merchant), sometimes they telll me all the cardholders personal information and some times they say we can't do that ... wen we know they can
just know that if a merchant or bank calls you about charges please call who ever it is back b/c it will save you alot of work if someone has taken your card
