i was selfish today- although - it wasn't for the most people where today - i didn't go see the ROTK today - i had breakfast lunch and i have plans for dinner - i took the day off and just rested - i will go see the movie tonight and go back to work early tommorrow

i also went by natural magic and got herbs to help me feel better - the tea is going to tast like shit but it should help me feel better in the long run and then i got a way to have fizzy drinks with no sugar or caffine
