phoenix_arose1. I am sorry I was being angsty this afternoon - this morning royally sucked and I was venting
2. My GM thinks that "positive reinforcement" means making fun of people all day.
2.a. he thinks negative reinforcement is picking on people
2. b. he doesn't see that those are the same
3. Why would you ask for someone’s ideas then before they 2 words out tell them that the idea is bad and then ask them for other ideas only to repeat the process
4. why is it that when a male suggested that we used a board to display our install work a good idea but when I go to make said board it's stupid, a bad idea and too "mom & pop"
5. Why is it that I have 0 training for most of the jobs I perform and am expected to know the S.O.P. for everything in the store
6. Why is it that when I come back after being gone for 3 days - I am held accountable for someone's errors and mess but the managers refuse to do anything about said co-worker because he's on the way out
7. there are 5 managers in the store ... we all get the same e-mail how hard is it to help out when you are "so bored you can't see straight" by simply hang a poster on wall
I generally get frustrated when people dump shit on my with out asking or saying thank you for doing it
