The house looks beautiful. How many square feet? Are you guys buying or leasing? My Master Bath is the same, except I have a frosted window over the tub and clear glass on the shower. You have a wonderful view from your bathroom window. Very lovely. I couldn't replace mine with clear because I'd just have a view of the next door neighbor's. Very lovely.

It looks like it is about 1800 square feet. I was just curious. I'm a little confused. How can you build equity while renting? Is it a lease to own deal?

yes if we want to buy then they will apply equity - i'm not sure how thye are working that out ...... matt is in charge of the money, other wise i freak out and get headackes =)
