I'd be like that. the cats are at home they're "always there." but the people you work with, or even just people in your life will come and go... interactions are evenflow push-and-pulls, you might never cover the same or similar ground with one person ever again. cats are simple creatures compared to people anyway... not that cats are easy to understand... I'm just saying that Pudge hiding all the time is pretty predictable compared to someone's potential bad day at work.

i'd have to concure - its the general change and newness that people you see irregularly that allows for you to miss them rather than you cats.
