phoenix_arosethe good news : i have a ipod shuffle - yay for gifts !
now here is my promised running comentary it was busy today so i didn't get to vent much as i wouldhave liked to

why do we require a signature when delivering a 300+ $ ipod
why can you people not follow simple directions
i am not a fucking mind reader if you need help with and order i need a fucking order #
if you can't speak english please call the que that speaks you native tongue it will be less difficult all the way around
also if your on hold please do not mute yourself .... we can't hear you talking if you forget - then we "hang up" on you
agents when dealing with canada should remind them that everything is coming out of the us and there for will take longer
alternately people should learn to actually read there fucking e-mail
some services are just on line - end of story call someone else to whine who cares
